How do I pay my Rent?

Rent can be paid through your online portal or delivered to our main office address on 3635 College Ave, San Diego CA 92115 in the form of a money order or cashiers check.


How do I submit a maintenance request?

You can submit maintenance requests through your online portal.


What if I'm having a maintenance emergency?

For Maintenance Emergencies we offer 24/7 support through your online portal or through (858)-353-7883


How do I renew my lease?

Lease renewal options will be sent to you before the expiration of your lease.


What if someone parks in my parking space?

You can notify your onsite property manager or submit a request through your online portal. We will send a tow truck after we verify your right to the parking spot and notify all residents regarding the vehicle parked illegally.
